My Dream, My Dread episode 4 shows Charlotte still pregnant asking her husband Henry to go meet their friend Ryan who has returned from abroad. While hosting Ryan at their house Charlotte fakes being sick as she rushes upstairs claiming to take some rest.
Charlotte plans to escape from Henry knowing that he's a liar and a cheat.
