Henry found out that Eric had been spending his company's money. Eric's KPI in the company was low. He confronted Eric about it and Eric tried to pin it on Kristine. Kristine refuted his claims. This got Henry pissed off that he actually threatened Eric. Because of this, in You Belong With Me episode 7, Eric reminded Kristine when she needed him.
