Part 1: The Call Boy I Met In Paris Overview
This intriguing short series narrates the story of a lady and a gentleman who fell in love with each other after marriage. An arranged marriage by Sophie Swift to Justin Lake had both swooning head over heels for each other at the end of the day.
The Call Boy I Met In Paris kicks off with Sophie Swift paying Justin Lake off after having a one-night stand with him. As far as she was concerned, he was a call boy that she had a fun night with, unknown to her that Justin was a wealthy owner of the biggest and most powerful architectural firm in the city.
Well, one would conveniently say that Sophie and Justin were a match made in heaven because Sophie was under pressure to get married to a jerk called Derek so that she could inherit her mother’s company.
Desperate to get rid of Derek while going on to get married, Sophie offered to pay the ‘call-boy,’ Justin, ten thousand dollars a month to be her husband.
Intriguing right? Well, that’s a lot of money to throw around honestly, but Sophie was willing to pay Justin that ‘huge’ amount, unknown to her that he was a billionaire, and one that she desperately needed.

Meanwhile, Justin recognized Sophie as the lady who saved him out of an embarrassing moment when he first moved into Paris.
Justin had lost his wallet and cellphone and was devastated when Sophie happened to hear him begging a stranger for help. She offered to help him by giving him money, and that was the day that Justin fell in love with her.
We cannot narrate the storyline of this interesting drama series without talking about Sophie’s backstory. Sophie’s mother was killed by Sophie’s stepmother, and it was all because the vile woman wanted what belonged to Sophie’s mother.
The woman was ready to take over the company that Sophie was meant to inherit. You need to see the way she tried to make decisions over a company that she had no idea how it started.
Some people are just so vile and don’t deserve any good thing in life, and viewers would be glad to know that the evil woman ended up being arrested by the police after she also tried to kill Sophie towards the end of the drama series.
Part 2: Major Cast Team Of The Call Boy I Met In Paris
2.1: The Cast Name Of The Call Boy I Met In Paris
Alyona Real as Sophie Swift
Sophie Swift is a wealthy heir to her mother’s architectural firm. As seen at the beginning of the drama, she was in a hotel having a good time with a handsome man, so it is safe to say that one of her hobbies are being around handsome men, ‘’if you know what I mean.’’
Sophie lived most of her life alone after her father chased her mother from his house, married a new woman, and felt no parental affection towards Sophie throughout her life. In fact, Sophie described her role in her father’s life as a cash cow because all the man was concerned with was for Sophie to play by the rules and earn money for the family.
Connor Tuohy as Justin Lake
Hello ladies, do you love to look at handsome men even though you might never get to meet them? Then you should watch The Call Boy I Met In Paris. Justin Lake is a handsome billionaire who, unlike other billionaires, is affectionate and lovely towards the woman he loves.
Justin loved to play golf as seen in the beginning of the drama where his assistant was trying to set up a golf appointment with the senator.
Justin hid his identity from Sophie for a long time until it was necessary to reveal who he was. He agreed to be Sophie’s arranged husband without questioning her and that was how he happened to get close enough to Sophie to find out what was happening in her family.
Kyle Joseph Juresich as Derek
Derek is the young man that Sophie’s father arranged for her to get married to. In fact, Derek was not worth it at all, and his hobby could be described as cheating. Derek cheated on Sophie to the extent of sleeping with her stepsister, Stella. Sophie rejected him, stating that she could get married to anyone in the world than Derek.
Mr. Swift
Mr. Swift is Sophie’s father, and one of the things the sorry old man loved to do is sit around and watch Sophie make money for him and his murderer of a wife. Mr. Swift was so bent on having Sophie get married to just anyone in a bid for her to secure her mother’s company, so he was insensitive to the fact that Derek cheated on Sophie countless times and should not be slated to get married to such a nearly perfect lady as Sophie.
Kayla Gibson as Stella Swift
Stella Swift was Sophie’s stepsister who was in fact so jealous of Sophie, she spent her time conspiring in different ways to bring Sophie down. Stella liked Derek. That’s just grotesque because Derek was not handsome at the slightest, and everything about him was just, yuck!
Stella, alongside her mother, were looking forward to grabbing Sophie’s mother’s company, so they planned different ways to make their plan come through until they abducted and almost killed Sophie and Justin.
Part 3: The Call Boy I Met in Paris Hot Episodes
Episode 1
It may appear cliche to talk directly about the first episode of The Call Boy I Met In Paris, but it is a stringent part of the entire plot of the drama. In this episode, Sophie Swift is seen on the bed in a luxurious hotel after ‘enjoying herself’ overnight.
She seems to regret her actions a bit and is about to sneak out of the hotel room, dumping the call boy she had engaged overnight when a sexy baritone voice stops her from her actions.
Right there, Sophie and Justin are having a conversation with Sophie promising never to come across Justin again and Justin’s incredibly sexy aura oozing from him when Stella Swift, Sophie’s step-sister walks into the hotel with her phone, making a video of apparently catching Sophie in the act when she was supposed to get married to Derek soon.
Episode 7
In this episode, Sophie and Justin have gotten married legally and are now husband and wife. It is funny to see such excitement in their eyes, especially Sophie.
One would imagine that being that it is a fake marriage, the couple would not be so excited, but on the contrary, they seemed very happy to be married to each other, with Sophie offering Justin a ‘whooping’ ten thousand dollars a month for the ‘job.’
In this same episode of The Call Boy I Met In Paris, Sophie returns home to her family to show them her marriage certificate. They wanted her to get married, right?
Well, she had done just that, and she dumps the certificate in front of her father who does not seem to approve of the marriage because it was not done with Derek, his preferred option.
That had nothing to do with Sophie anyway. According to her mother’s will, she had lived up to the prerequisite for her to inherit the firm, so technically and logically, the firm was Sophie’s.
Conclusion
The drama series is directed by Thang Ho. Going by the exciting plot and unnerving cliffhangers at the end of each episode, one can say without a doubt that the director of this drama series knows his onions.
The characters are selected accurately to fit the plot, and they all deliver excellent demeanors that make them fit into their roles perfectly. From their facial expressions to the tone of their voice to their choice of words, these characters offer nothing short of the best.
Viewers of The Call Boy I Met In Paris would surely love every bit of the drama and would find it difficult to put their listening and watching devices down even for a break. For another taste of an exciting romantic plot on the Reelshort APP, The Billionaire’s Masquerade is highly recommended.
