When Bella returned, Daisy, an ex of Leon was with him and Daisy had been trying to get rid of Bella since so it became dramatic again when Bella returned.

In this part of the movie, it was strictly Bella versus Daisy as Daisy went to the extreme to try to get rid of Bella including, just like Benjamin had done in the beginning, using fire to oust her.

Daisy knocked Bella out with a stick and pretended to have saved Leon from the fire. She also planned with a young man who wanted Bella for himself as well to say that it was, she, Daisy, and not Bella, that had saved Leon, but Leon knew the truth and he made sure there was proof.

Eventually, Daisy was humiliated at a wedding she thought was hers but originally was done for Bella, while Bella and Leon got married and became happy forever.
