Meanwhile, a separate scene in After I Buy Sperm From A Billionaire shows Layson’s assistant offering him to register himself as a sperm donor. Then, he would wait to select surrogate mother candidates.

Feeling obligated to fulfill her grandmother’s dying wish, Nina can’t help but register herself as a surrogate mother candidate when she sees the sperm donor ad. At first, she only remembers Mason faintly. Slowly but surely, she realizes Mason and the wealthy Layson Reed are the same person.
