The full (unofficial) title of “How To Train An Alpha” should be continued with “…To Love A Luna Who Isn’t His Mate,”
After all, that’s what happens to Alexia Reed, one of the Alpha’s daughters from the Cross River pack. Lydia Reed, her evil sister, has collaborated with her father to set Alexia up with a notorious Alpha from the Stone Blood pack.
The Alpha’s identity is known as Alpha Kieran Stone. He makes it clear from the beginning:
“There will be no real marriage. I won’t mark you, and you can’t mark me,”
Will Alexia free herself from this beastly Alpha? Or, will there be any redemption arcs for Alpha Kieran?

Part 1: Meet The Cast & Characters Of How To Train An Alpha Full Movie
Sophia Delucchi as Alexia Reed
Alexia Reed, the Alpha’s daughter who becomes the “invisible” Luna of the Stone Blood pack, is the main character of How To Train An Alpha movie. Her father and siblings have bullied her since her childhood, and the house’s floors become her only sleeping place.

In How To Train An Alpha, Sophia Delucchi plays the role of Alexia Reed a.k.a. Luna Alexia in some later episodes. Casting in romance movies that involve powerful and protective guys like CEOs or Alpha werewolves seems to be Sophia’s specialty, as many of her films and TV series have the same patterns.
Aside from acting, Sophia possesses a unique “invisible whistling” ability. She can make a sound without moving her lips or face like whistleblowing people.
JT Garcia as Alpha Kieran Stone
The stories in How to Train an Alpha, the full movie, describe Alpha Kieran Stone of the Stone Blood pack as an Alpha whose lives rely upon drinking as much human blood as he can. He is also a ferocious Alpha, and since the Stone Blood pack reigns the territory, nobody dares mess with him.
So, the movie producer team should search for a suitable role, and JT Garcia’s 6’3” height quickly places him in the leading role. JT Garcia himself has been cast since 2014, and he has one upcoming movie scheduled. However, his roles as Alpha Kieran in How To Train An Alpha are the most memorable roles for his audiences.
As a result, JT Garcia’s roles as Alpha Kieran led him to more werewolf romance movie-related roles. He might be a comedian, yet, he can also strike a commanding Alpha pose when the producer needs him to.
LAZE as Beta Jaxon
LAZE (full name: Laze Huang) is a Guangzhou-based actor who plays Beta Jaxon, Alpha Kieran’s Beta, whom Alexia originally thought of as the young and handsome-looking Alpha until the actual Alpha stepped in.
Beta Jaxon consistently shows understanding in dealing with the Alpha’s brutal remarks throughout the episodes of How To Train An Alpha movie. It aligns with LAZE’s characteristics as stated on the actor’s official website: “My jokes are dirty at times, so you’ve been warned,” and “multi-hyphenated creative”.
Since LAZE comes from an Asian background, no wonder he often casts as Asian characters. Aside from acting, he also writes storyboards, ads, and IG shorts, and directs several other movies.
Kelsey Susino as Lydia Reed
Lydia Reed of How To Train An Alpha is the bully sister to Alexia Reed. She loves mocking Alexia as much as possible while licking her dad’s boots with her venomous mouth. She also collaborates with other werewolves, including Drake, the brother, to ostracize Alexia from the pack.
Lydia might only get small appearance portions in some later episodes of How To Train An Alpha. Yet, her antagonistic demeanors are not separate from Kelsey Susino, the expert in roleplaying as the seducers or villains.
Additionally, How To Train An Alpha isn’t the only werewolf movie Kelsey casts in. She also has been cast in at least one another werewolf movie. One of ReelShort’s movies, which is “Married For Greencard, Stayed For Love” also features Kelsey’s face.

Part 2: What’s In How To Train An Alpha Full Movie Summary?
How To Train An Alpha full movie’s stories are focused on two packs. The Stone Blood pack reigns the territory, making the Alpha and the pack members the second-in-command to the Alpha King and Luna Queen.
The Cross River pack’s leader is the unmated Alpha Roland. He has been this way since his wife passed away when his daughters were children. He has two daughters and one son at the start of the episodes: Lydia and Alexia Reed are the daughters, while the son’s name is Drake.
Alexia Reed has always been an invisible child. Her siblings’ mistreatment worsens after their mother’s death. Alexia’s brother frames her as a cursed werewolf who flirts with other unmated male werewolves. When they reach adulthood, Lydia works with her father to throw Alexia away through an arranged marriage.
After all, Lydia is dead sure that Alpha Kieran Stone of the Stone Blood pack is an ugly, stinky, and bloodthirsty Alpha. Yet, Alexia is shocked to find a stunning-looking young man upon her arrival at the Stone Blood pack.
Later, Alexia recognizes this man as Beta Jaxon, Alpha Kieran’s Beta. Alexia finally gets inside the packhouse after the actual Alpha Kieran steps in. Yet, this is where another shocking moment in How To Train An Alpha movie happens: Alpha Kieran declares the marriage between him and Alexia should stay in the paper, and they are only the husband and wife in front of the King and the public.
Yet, something in Alpha Kieran’s heart knows the girl in front of him is “rather unusual”. So, he orders for his Beta to run a check for the girl. The more he checks over Alexia, the more he feels some things he never thought of before.
Will Alpha Kieran forget his contract marriage and let Alexia search for her true mate? Or, will their romantic relationships continue to blossom?
Part 3: Some Reviews About How To Train An Alpha Movie And Alternative
Reviews
In How To Train An Alpha full movie, the father isn’t the only party to arrange the marriage. According to Alpha Kieran and his Beta’s dialogues, the Alpha King also plays a part in choosing the mate.
Again, this Alpha King part is another interesting thing from the movie. The King’s power in choosing the mates for his underlings implies the King’s possible closeness to the Moon Goddess. After all, it’s more common for werewolves to link to the Moon Goddess for their mate-related problems instead of the Alpha King, the pack’s leaders, and other authorities.
The “How To Train An Alpha” title might strengthen the “enemies become lovers” vibes in this movie. After all, Alpha Kieran starts by considering Alexia as only one of the insignificant parts of a minor pack. Alexia also pleads for a divorce at first, for she is not happy when other entities match her with such a ruthless man as Alpha Kieran.
However, the “Train” part should be more pronounced. For instance, showing brute forces should be more emphasized instead of only becoming filler scenes. The marriage scene can be the opening to accentuate the Alpha King’s closer-to-God powers. That way, the unnecessary bully backstories can be skipped.
Alternative Movie
As one of the leading platforms for werewolf romance short movies, ReelShort acknowledges that Alpha male werewolves foster independence and fighting spirits for their tribes. As such, competitions, duels, training routines, and others, should be their concerns. They have no places for weaklings, and they let other characters know from the start.
Sometimes, it can tarnish their reputation, just like Alpha Ronan of the Dark River pack in “My Enemy Alpha” movie. Rumors have it that the Alpha kills Nyla’s Alpha father in the Woodland pack. So, Nyla is overjoyed that she is about to marry Ronan’s cousin instead of the murderer Alpha.
Alas, Ronan steps in and challenges his cousin to a duel, in which Ronan wins easily. Starting from there, Nyla tries to escape the ferocious Alpha from one fight to another. She knows winning against this Alpha is not easy; yet, what about winning his heart instead?
ReelShort’s “My Enemy Alpha” has more pronounced brute force scenes than How To Train An Alpha. You should watch it on the APP or the website!
