Part 1: Who Is The Wolf Queen Jessica In The Alpha Queen Returns Movie?

Love Story With Ambassador Ansel

Jessica, The Wolf Queen used to marry another unnamed male werewolf. He was most likely an Alpha, which makes sense that Jessica immediately rises to the Alpha position upon his death. Jessica’s Alpha status as a she-wolf means she gets used to living alone, surrounded by her loyal soldiers and generals, including General Sarabeth and Soldier Mina.

Having all-female squads in her circle doesn’t automatically mean Jessica’s pack lacks high-quality adult males. Ambassador Ansel is one of those people. He takes charge of the pack’s finances, and he used to be the closest person to the late King a.k.a. Jessica’s dead husband. Ambassador Ansel’s responsibility increases after the King’s death, permitting him to develop closer relationships with Jessica.

Neither parties have intimate relationships in bed. They always discuss things about the pack’s finances, law systems, housing arrangements, and other logistical matters. Their friendly discussions include all about the pack that Ansel trusts to have Princess Caroline, Jessica’s daughter, be placed as Jessica lives humbly as a healer in the forest.

Not once in The Alpha Queen Returns movie does Jessica ever have any lovey-dovey moments with Ambassador Ansel. However, their close-knit relationships make other werewolves gossip about them. Jessica’s so-called “affair” with Ambassador Ansel becomes the reason for spreading false rumors and calling names for ill-intentioned werewolves like the Russo pack werewolf gangs.

Melissa Russo, the Russo pack’s matriarch, even uses Jessica’s relationship with Ambassador Ansel in her pity ploys to make Jessica transfer a great sum of money to her bank account.

Love Story With Her Daughter (Caroline)

Jessica, The Wolf Queen’s love story with Princess Caroline, her daughter, is one of the heart-wrenching love that becomes the main focus of the movie’s story. At first, I feel Jessica is somewhat mean to transfer her daughter to a new family she doesn’t even know of.

I mean, I don’t even see Caroline’s wayward stories, at least in the first three episodes! Yet, Jessica chooses to advance her ambition. At this point, I feel that even “living a peaceful life as a secluded monk, no, healer,” is an ambition. It is also quite selfish for the Queen to think and act that way.

I would be grateful to the movie director’s team members if they placed Caroline in a friendly and welcoming family. Even so, “blood is thicker than water,” applies to a harmonious family like Jessica and Caroline.

Unfortunately, that’s not the case for Caroline, as she soon figures out the Russo pack is a pack that treats her worse than any werewolf would to the slave. They are power-hungry, so, they blame the wolfless Caroline and label her as the useless Omega.

Not stopping there, Jessica also listens too much to her Ambassador. Watching more episodes of The Alpha Queen Returns movie makes me realize Jessica even ignores Caroline’s pleas to return to her mother and protect her—what an evil “heroine”!

Yet, this is where the movie director a.k.a. the invisible hand of the Moon Goddess plans a beautiful life for Jessica and Caroline. The more episodes we unlock, the more we will realize Jessica’s misunderstandings of people around her, including Ambassador Ansel, who has likely succumbed to the Russo pack’s enormous and seemingly endless gossip.

Jessica always be there for Caroline, no matter what happens. One of the scenes I love from this awesome and rockin’ Wolf Queen is when she finally strangles the vicious Melissa’s neck while screaming, “Where is my daughter?!” I mean, that’s so epic!
