Part 1: No Regrets Full Movie Review
In No Regrets full movie, Roman and Nina were lovers who had been together for twelve years. Roman was a music teacher in a high-school, and also a musician who belonged to a band, while Nina was an air hostess. Their love was one that was remarkable because both of them had separate lives that were completely different from each other, so there was room for nurturing.
In this contemporary romance movie, it is safe to say that Roman was more in love with Nina than she was with him because he had asked Nina, on countless occasions, to marry him, but Nina always turned him down.
While we have taken note of Nina’s lackadaisical approach to loving Roman, we would not completely rule her out because Nina had her reason for being so uninterested in love and marriage, and that reason was deep.
Nina’s mother abandoned her and her brother when they were kids, and so Nina grew up finding it difficult to accept the fact that there was any need for a lifelong commitment like marriage or even bearing kids. Luckily, the man who loved her, loved her genuinely and choose patience over getting upset and abandoning Nina since she didn’t want him for a lifelong partnership.
The tide changed in velocity when Nina traveled to Los Angeles for work, leaving her musician boyfriend behind in Chicago. It was just a regular work trip as usual for Nina, but it turned out to be one that was full of adventure and soul that made Nina start to gain the clarity and closure she had always wanted for a very long time.
Nina’s phone was stolen by a mischievous kid when they were alighting the plane, and so she was cut off from her boyfriend Roman as she did not have his new number stored in her head. While Roman was out of the way according to No Regrets Movie, Nina stumbled on another handsome young man who was undergoing his 14-15th month in divorce.
Sparks started to fly between Nina and this young man whose name was Quincy. They had too many encounters which made them believe that they had to ignite whatever passion was sizzling between them. Little did both of them know that they were just too desperate to get over their partners whom they thought they didn’t want anymore.
Besides the nerve-wrenching urge to get away from their partners, bad friends around them were whispering dirty things unto their ears, making Nina and Quincy believe that they had to be together, and I must say that they were close to falling into a dark hole that they might have never been able to come out of.
During Nina and Quincy’s time together in Los Angeles, Roman was back home in Chicago, waiting desperately for the love of his life to at least reach out to him, but she never did and while it was not intentional, Nina was a tad bit too distracted to care.
Meanwhile, Quincy was getting back with his family slowly as well, and Nina had the opportunity through Quincy’s mother-in-law, to reach out to her mother, and gain the closure she so desperately needed.
Roman eventually showed up in Los Angeles to meet Nina, and all hell broke loose when he saw Nina and Quincy together in Nina’s hotel room, though nothing intimate was going on.
An upset Roman broke off the engagement with Nina as expected, but that was just a reaction that happened at the burst of the moment, as they eventually came back together and got married.

Nina Thomas
Nina Thomas, AKA Monica Calhoun, is the female lead character of No Regrets Movie. She was the romantic partner to Roman, who was not sure of herself as far as being in love and getting married in the long run was involved.
Nina, an airhostess after finding it difficult to state her stand with her partner, got what she deserved when she traveled to Los Angeles for work. She met a man who was as confused as she was, and together, they almost ruined their love lives if not for the fact that fate had a different plan for them.
Nina, after turning down her boyfriend’s proposal so many times, eventually accepted it, but ended up throwing it away when she got hooked up with another man in Los Angeles who had recently divorced from his wife.
Close to losing everything, Nina also found everything she needed during her stay of confusion and uncertainty in Los Angeles, as she was able to meet with her mother and who had abandoned her when she was a child, and gained the much-needed closure she desired,
Roman
Roman, real name, Amin Joseph, was Nina’s boyfriend and childhood sweetheart. He was a music teacher and a band musician who saw to it that the woman he loved was very well nourished romantically, emotionally, and mentally.
Roman was every woman’s dream as far as having a romantic partner was concerned because according to No Regrets Movie, he didn’t give his girlfriend any reason to wonder if he loved her or not because he was always present in her life.
Roman, a patient and perfect gentleman, had proposed to his girlfriend so many times but she always turned him down until twelve years later, she agreed to get married to him. Now, while she had accepted Roman, it came with uncertainty on her path because there were issues lingering in her life that she had not dealt with, so Roman was affected in the sense that his heart was broken by her.
When Roman’s girlfriend traveled to Los Angeles for work, a lot changed in the twinkle of an eyes, and he found it difficult to connect with her, so he went to look for her in Los Angeles, and he saw her with another man.
Quincy
Quincy, real name, Brian White, is the supporting male lead character of No Regrets Movie. Quincy, a man who was undergoing divorce, met Nina in Los Angeles, and being as confused as Nina was, started out a romantic affair with her, which almost cost him his family.
Quincy thought that Nina was the woman for him after he left his wife, just the same way Nina thought that Quincy was the man for her given that she had only been with one man throughout her entire life.
Along the line, it is safe to say that Quincy and Nina were destined to meet each other because, even though they did not end up as a couple, both of them were the lessons they needed to be in each other’s lives.
Quincy had to save Nina’s relationship with Roman after Roman caught both of them together in Nina’s hotel room in Los Angeles. That was the least he could do for her after supposedly ruining her relationship and going back to his family.
