Part 1: Brief Introduction Of The Call Boy I Met In Paris Story Line
Sophie Swift is the main character of the drama series, and she has a lot on her plate. Sophie, while mourning the sudden death of her mother, has to make sure to meet the requirements of her mother’s will so that she would inherit the architecture firm that belonged to the woman.
What was the requirement? Sophie had to get married within the stipulated time in order to be qualified to inherit the firm. If she didn’t meet up, there were enemies around her waiting to grab the company from her.
While in mourning and plotting, Sophie still had time to play around, and so she landed in bed with a wealthy CEO whom she thought was an ordinary call boy.
In the beginning of the drama series, Sophie could be seen trying to escape the hotel after a fun night, but she was stopped by a deviously handsome man.
Guess what? Sophie took out a couple thousand dollars from her purse to pay off the call boy that she had just been with through the night. Ridiculous, trust me! The man in question was none other than Justin Lake, CEO of Lake Enterprise.
He was the most powerful CEO in the city at that time, and Sophie was looking forward to being in business with Lake Group, unknown to her that she already had the CEO wrapped around her fingers.
Remember that Sophie had to get married quickly so that she could inherit her mother’s firm, so her father, Mr. Swift, had arranged someone for her. His name was Derek.
Derek was a douche bag. Derek was a cheat, and Sophie had made it clear to her family that she would never get married to Derek, but they thought they could convince her otherwise. Well, they were not ready for what was coming.

Sophie arranged another marriage by herself, and this time it was with the call boy, Justin Lake. The Call Boy I Met In Paris states that Sophie offered Justin Lake ten thousand dollars a month to agree to the contract, and Justin, although he found it ridiculous, agreed to the proposal. After all, he was already in love with her.
The arranged marriage between Sophie and Justin sparked a huge discord between her and her family, especially her father.
Part 2: Popular Series Of The Call Boy I Met In Paris
Episode 1
Sophie wakes up alone in bed and remembers that she had a one-night stand with a stranger. Actually, she thought she was alone, meanwhile, she was not. The call boy was taking a shower in the bathroom, and as soon as she realized this, she tried to escape.
Wait a minute. Did she regret her actions? From the flashbacks that the episode showed us, Sophie seemed to have enjoyed herself to the fullest, so why was she acting as if she was forced? The man was even a stud, as in, he was handsome to the core with toned abs and all sorts of side attractions.
Anyway, Sophie Swift, there was no running away at such a time because she was stopped by a powerful voice who soon emerged from the bathroom. The next thing, Sophie brings out some measly dollars and offers to pay the call boy.
Episode 2
Justin Lake has Sophie in his arms, and he recalls how he had met Sophie seven years ago. He had just moved to Paris and was in the most embarrassing situation ever. His wallet had been stolen.
Desperately in need of some money, Justin begs a random passer-by for help, and what did he get in return? He received a tongue-lashing from the stranger. Well, as much as this stranger in question should have been kind to Justin, it still does not rule out the fact that it is pretty weird to randomly ask people you have never met in your life to lend you some money.
Justin was stranded and waiting for a miracle, and that miracle came in the form of Sophie who immediately took out a small wad of cash from her pocket and handed it over to Justin. Justin never forgot that day.
While this is going on, in comes Stella Swift, Sophie’s stepsister. She is happy to see Sophie in the arms of another man in a hotel room while she is supposed to be engaged to Derek. Stella takes out her phone to record the scene so that she can report it to their father. Well, Sophie was glad to oblige Stella because she was not interested in getting married to Derek.
Episode 3
Threats. Stella Swift offers threats to Sophie, stating that she would forward the phots to their father, and Sophie reminds her that she was not getting married to Derek with the little dick. Pardon my language. Haha!
Justin helps Sophie to tell Stella off, and after Stella leaves, Sophie and Justin also leave the hotel with Sophie reminding Justin that he did well overnight and offering to pay him again.
Justin tries to tell Sophie that he is the owner of the hotel, but Sophie is miles ahead of herself and just walks out on him, stating surely that she would never see him again.
Part 3: Main Characters Of The Call Boy I Met In Paris
Sophie Swift
Sophie Swift is the main character of the drama series. She lost her mother after her stepmother killed her and she had to face life literally by herself because she had an uncaring father who placed his focus on his new wife and daughter.
Sophie was under pressure to get married so that she could inherit her mother’s company as that was what was required of her, so she arranged with a supposed call boy to get married to her while she paid him, unknown to her that the man she thought was a call boy was wealthy CEO.
Justin Lake
Justin Lake is Sophie’s husband. He calls Sophie ‘Boss Wife’ because of the circumstances which they got married under.
Justin can be described as Sophie’s knight in shining armor because he saved her every single time from any turbulence that she faced, and most times, Sophie did not even know that he was the one saving her.
Justin Lake was a gentle and caring CEO, unlike the usual characteristics of CEO’s who are tough and arrogant. Well, Justin was far from those. Even to his workers, he was kind and accommodated everyone with humility, making him loved among everyone, including his wife whom he got married to via an arrangement.
Stella Swift
Stella Swift is Sophie’s stepsister who was jealous of Sophie for so many reasons. At every given point in time, Stella looked forward to seeing Sophie in a bad light.
She constantly looked forward to Sophie’s downfall and would stop at nothing to do so, including intruding into Sophie’s hotel room to catch her in the act with a man who was not her fiancé’. Sophie and her mother were eventually arrested for all their crimes against Sophie and her late mother.
Conclusion
A seasoned drama series with abrupt episodes that leave viewers hooked is what The Call Boy I Met In Paris offers. Every episode is written and performed to taste with characters that do a job so well, one would think the story is based on true events.
Well, not like these sorts of things do not happen, but the drama paints such a vivid perception, one would definitely think it is based on an event that has occurred in one of the characters’ lives, or maybe Thang Ho, the director of the movie.
