Part 1: Main Storyline Of Kdrama Squid Game Season 2

45.6 billion ‘won’ was on the line for the winner of the Squid Game Season 2. While that was the case, the winner of the first season of the game was determined to put a stop to it. For a long time, he had been stalking the producers of the game, waiting for an opportunity to strike. Well, the day eventually came.
Mai Whelan, player 287 and winner of the first season, returned to the second season to put an end to the game and save as many people as he could. Now player 456 in Squid Game Season 2, Mai went above and beyond to prove a point to the producers and organizers of the game.
After taking out one of the key members of the organizers of the game before he went in, Mai was feeling himself. He was determined, he had experience, and he had money. Why not then? Off he went, determined to finish the producers. Did he succeed?
Well, it was not that easy, was it?
Actually, Mai had a plan. With all the money he had won in the previous season, he had set up an army on the outside while he entered the game to cause as much havoc as he could. After failing to apprehend the organizers at a popular club which was monopolized by the Squid Game, he went back to the island.
At first, Mai was rejected by everyone. The new comers in the game did not believe that if they failed any step of the game they would die. When Mai was informing them, they hushed him. Well, soon enough, after a good amount of them were shot dead, the rest understood what Mai was talking about.
Mai led an opposition. He raised an army within and outside the territories of the game, but these organizers were ready. They were not going to go down easily.
Part 2: Squid Game Season 2’s 4 Special Characters
2.1 Jo Yu-ri as Kim Jun-Hee (Player 222)

Kim Jun-Hee is the pregnant lady in Kdrama Squid Game Season 2. Just like everyone else, Kim Jun-Hee was invited to the game following the fact that she was desperately in need of money.
Kim Jun-Hee gave a striking performance throughout the movie. You know, while pregnant, one would think that Jun-Hee would not even make it past the first round. But guess what? Through-out the season, as far as we are concerned, Jun-Hee survived.
Jun-Hee, even though her condition attracted sympathy from the rest of the players, made sure to rely on herself more than she would rely on anyone else. She knew that she not only had herself to look out for, she also had a baby on the line.
Also, the father of Kim Jun-Hee’s baby was also in the game. Haha! Yes, he was. But they were not in good terms and Jun-Hee repeatedly declined his protection anytime he tried to look out for her.
Jun-Hee’s character was very intense, honestly. Who wouldn’t cringe and squirm at the thought of her being shot?
2.2 Park Sung-hoon as Hyun-Ju (Player 120)

Hyun-Ju, player 120 is a special transgender character in Squid Game Season 2. Hyun-Ju used to be in the armed forces. She entered the game because she wanted to use the money for surgery.
My goodness. So, because Hyun-Ju wanted to do surgery that is why she went and risked her life in that deadly game? Anyway, she did not know that her life was on the line when she entered the game, so I can hardly blame her.
However, the viewers would love her character. She was indeed a special force. Hyun-Ju showed nothing but courage and grit throughout the game. Not once did she show any sign of fear or weakness. In fact, she was saving others.
Hyun-Ju’s tenacity will be viciously put in effect at the end of the season. There was a show-down in the game venue where the players appeared to have hijacked the game. Hyun-Ju was one of the strongest forces who had taken the over the showdown and hijacking of the game.
2.3 Chae Kook-hee as Guard 44

It is notoriously believed that there is no Guard 44 in Squid Games Season 2 Movie. Interestingly so, there is one guard amongst others who stood out in the game.
A female guard who tended to have lost everything before the game. She was living in her car and attended circus’ where she had to dress like a Disney character to cheer kids up.
It was in this sorry situation that she was found by the organizers of the game and recruited as a guard.
She was the perfect guard in the movie. Heartless and cold to the core. She had lost everything she had in her life, so she looked forward to nothing short of killing every player that failed a game.
She was also not cooperating with the corruption that was taking place amongst other guards in the game, so she was picked out and treated specially.
2.4 Choi Seung-hyun as Thanos (Player 230)

Trust the producers of Squid game to go at desperate targets. In Squid Game Season 2, Thanos was a local celebrity. Thanos was a rapper who was in debt after a failed cryptocurrency operation.
With that being the case, he entered the game, determined to earn the money from the game and secure his debt. Thanos was a chaotic character. First of all, he had a lot of attention upon entering the game because of how popular he was.
Then, when the producers of the game asked the players to vote if they wanted to quit, Thanos was the leader of those who insisted on continuing.
Thanos was a bully. He met the so-called crypto guru who led him into losing his money outside, and started to fight him. After fighting him, he also fought anyone who insisted on ending the game, including the man who intended to save them.
Thanos snuck drugs into the game arena. With that, he was untouchable, and was on a winning spree. He eventually died during a brawl which he was the leader of in the first place. I didn’t like that his character died. He was very interesting and annoying.
Part 3: Best Episodes Of Squid Game Season 2
Squid Game Season 2 Episode 4

Squid Game Season 2 Episode 4 has the players focused on the second game. After the first game of green light, red light where player 287 had told them what to do, everyone believed in him.
Player 287 thought the game was going to be as usual, unknown to him that simply because of him, the organizers had changed the games. Player 287 set himself up against the other players when he gave them a heads up about what the second game would be about but it was changed.
Also, in this episode, knowing that the players were agitating for an upheveal, the leader of the organizers secretly joined the game as a player. He did this to be in the know of what the players were planning concerning disrupting the game.
