The Alpha King had died, and violence which had to do with gruesome killings and other grotesque acts of war thrived. Being tired of the scenario made Alpha Queen Jessica to supposedly flee the vicinity. Well, she didn’t exactly flee, did she?
Jessica went to live in the woods, disguised as a healer. Good for her though because there, she found peace and clearer thoughts.
The Alpha Wolf Queen Returns Movie narrates that Jessica, following the excessive bloodshed and killing in her pack, sought for a safe haven for her daughter after she left for the woods, and that was when someone close to her suggested that Jessica’s daughter be sent to Russo pack.
Now, while Jessica thought that sending her daughter Caroline to the Russo pack was a good idea, she did not know that she had been deceived, and that the Russo pack were not as peaceful and innocent as they portrayed.
Jessica’s daughter, while she was in the Russo pack, was assumed to be an ordinary wolf with no fame, power, influence or whatever, so they maltreated Caroline, and treated her like a slave to the point of almost raping her.

While the Russo Pack were at it with Jessica’s daughter, Jessica heard of it and sought revenge. In fact, Jessica uncovered a lot of secrets and betrayals, so she got to work at turning everything around.

Meanwhile, Caroline, being the daughter of the Alpha Queen, was not weak at all. The man who had deceived Jessica into sending Caroline to the Russo pack was called Rex, and while he had successfully made the innocent girl enter into the hands of a wicked pack, he still tried to sell her to an old Alpha Hunter for sex.
Finding out what Rex did, made his superior, the Ambassador, Ansel, whom Rex had lied to that Russo was a worthy pack, to also seek to punish Rex and the entire Russo pack.

Lord Kilian Darkmoon is a mischief maker who operated at the border of the werewolf world. He had ambitions of taking over the werewolf kingdom, so he caused constant chaos while staying out of sight so that nobody would necessarily trace it back to him.
A determined Lord of darkness, he was succeeding at his feat so far until Jessica, the Alpha Queen heard about him and devised a way to lure him out of hiding.
Lord Darkmoon was the go-to person for anyone who wanted to cause problems in their packs, and one can only trust that he was readily available to work with such a person because he had plans to take over the entire werewolves.
How best would he do it than to have allies from different packs who owed him after he must have done them one great favor or the other.

Chad Winkles as Ambassador Ansel

Ambassador Ansel was the person who advised Jessica to take her daughter, Caroline, to live in the Russo Pack after he had been deceived by his subordinate, Rex.
