Determination was all it took for May to continue her life and meet up with her dreams and expectations even though she was faced with wicked people around her including her father, brother, and grandmother.

Part 1: What Is The Architect Of My Own Fate Full Movie?

The Architect Of My Own Fate Movie is about a girl called May, and how she fought against all odds to fulfill her dreams and desires. May was a daughter to Dave, and she had a brother called Max, and a sister called Sue. While watching the movie, it will interest viewers to know that May and her sister, Sue, were ignored by her father, while the favor was granted to her brother, Max.

What was the reason for this?

The reason was simply because May was a girl, so she was not considered important. Her father and grandmother were often heard voicing that May would get married and leave the family, so there was no need to invest so much in her.

One cannot emphasize how much May suffered, but oh well, she did, and I will try as much as possible to portray her suffering throughout this article.

When May’s grandmother is sharing food in the house, the old woman would give all the meat to Max, while May and her sister, Sue will be given nothing. How wicked.

Max, May’s sister, who ought to protect her, took it upon himself to make sure that he stood up above her. Max was always justifying his grandmother anytime she put him above May, and his pride was above the roof as he saw to it that May did not stand a chance above him.

Dave, May’s father, was eating when May hurried in with her admission letter, and after celebrating with her mother, she showed her father her achievement, but the man shoved it away.

May Soot

May is the female lead character of the movie, and the character which the movie is generally centered around. May showed dexterity and determination throughout the course of The Architect Of My Own Fate Movie, and in fact, she was the person whom the title of the movie was coined about.

May, as smart, hardworking and beautiful as she was, was looked down on by her father just because she was a girl. May’s father believed that there was absolutely no reason for him to spend his hard-earned money and time on her, so he even as little as deprived May from eating a well-planned meal in his home, and it was not just May’s father that made her suffer like this, but her grandmother as well. While that was being done, May did not give up at all, as she was determined to make the most out of her life, so no matter what her family did to her, she rose up against all odds until she was able to work and see herself through school after supposedly abandoning her family for good.

Max Soot

Max was May’s older brother. Max was as terrible as his father and grandmother towards May, and it was because of him that May suffered most of the time. Max would sit down and watch his grandmother and father deprive May and his younger sister of everything they should have naturally as his siblings.

No matter what May went through, Max always supported such evil against May and posed as the savior of his family. According to Max’ family and especially his grandmother, Max was the one who would make the ancestors of their family proud, so he took it upon himself to put fire under May whenever she was treated badly.

Max gained admission to university, and when he put it out to his father that they might not be able to afford his tuition for four years, he already started to look at May as the person who would toil to make that tuition payment possible. Well, Max’ thought was right because soon after, May was the sacrificial lamb as the house that she lived in with her mother and younger sister was sold in order to foot Max’ tuition bill.

However, Max was not even grateful, instead, he claimed that May was at least making herself useful to the family.

Dave Soot

Dave is May’s father and the evilest person to My throughout the movie. Dave believed that May was useless. Speaking of May’s uselessness, it was in the sense that she was female, so she was more wasteful to him than of any use. After spending money that he did not even have in May, she would get married and go away with his investment, so why bother?

Dave watched his daughters May and Sue get maltreated by his mother. So many times, May was caught asking Dave if she was not his child as well because of the terrible way the man acted towards her. For example, when Madam Soot, May’s grandmother was dishing out food in the beginning of the movie, she gave all the protein to Max, claiming that since he was a boy and would make the family proud in the future, he needed to grow well.

As if May and her sister didn’t need to grow as well.

Also, when May gained admission into the university and happily returned to show her father her acceptance letter, the man was not going to be bothered about such and suggested that since he didn’t have money to train May, she should go and become a nurse somewhere in the village.

Episode 1

In the first episode of The Architect Of My Own Fate Movie, the Soot family were having lunch and Madam Soot, May’s grandmother, was sharing food around but denied May and her sister, Sue from having any portion of meat.

Viewers would see May begging for meat as if she was not a member of the Soot family, as if she was just a beggar. As much as May begged for that meat, she was not given even a tiny piece.

In this same episode, while May was being humiliated just because she asked for a piece of meat, a letter came in for Max, and the letter showed that he had been offered admission into the university.

Everyone was excited, and Max, who was referred to as the pillar of the Soot family, reminded his father that the tuition would be too expensive for them to pay for, but his father told him not to worry, that he would put the house which May and her sister and mother lived in, up for sale in order to foot his tuition.
