Part 1: What is True Luna About?
Like I’ve mentioned before, True Luna actors have brought to life a wonderful werewolf romance novel written by Tessa Lilly.
It tells the story/legend of a red wolf who supposedly is a True Luna, which means she’s a powerful being, with limitless strength. Apart from the legend, there’s also the romance trope, which makes the story even more intense and addictive.
True Luna revolves around Emma Parker, a teenage she-wolf who’s about to experience her first shift. Emma is beta Andrew’s sister and she’s been friends with Alpha Logan since childhood.
Both Andrew and Logan look out for her, treating her like a little girl. They are soft with her even in training and believe she’s being jealous of Sienna when the latter frames Emma to appear as victim.
Alpha Logan is young, but he’s bold, strong and determined to keep his pack safe. His commitment towards his werewolf pack will ultimately make him take a chosen mate and reject his fated one, Emma.
Even though Sienna seems to be the winner and become the Luna of the pack, she doesn’t stop from tormenting Emma. After a mild injury during training, Sienna hurts her leg even harder and feigns being harmed herself by Andrew’s sister.
With all the odds in her favor, Logan’s chosen mate appears as victim, while Emma seems to be a jealous, scorned she-wolf.
Tired of being bullied and untrusted by the boys she loved most, the girl decides to turn tables. She dresses to impress and welcomes Alpha Drake into their home, engaging in a sweet conversation with him.
Seeing Emma and Drake interact will stir Logan’s jealousy, especially when his distinct guest is openly declaring his intention to court the girl.
Beta Andrew has no objection, yet Alpha Logan goes berserk at the idea of his fated mate being with someone else. For the first time, he acts impulsive and kisses Emma. Instead of mending things between them, the kiss will only break Emma’s heart even more as she knows that Logan must go back to his chosen mate.
Sienna senses trouble in her Paradise, thus she decides to take things further and get rid of the girl threatening her Luna position. So, she’s pretty much insecure and needs to eliminate any danger.
She arranges for Emma to be kidnapped, only her plan backfires when the she-wolf instinctively unleashes her powers and kills her abductor. The search party, which included Alpha Logan, Alpha Derek and Beta Andrew, was stunned to find Emma safe and sound.
Logan realizes he made a terrible mistake by giving up on his fated mate and professes his love for her, while letting Sienna know that she’s out of the picture. The latter is more scorned than ever, which prompts her to seek help from the Rogue King.
As Logan and Emma try to mend their relationship, the castle is being attacked and the ultimate rogue king comes to fetch Emma. He fails to do so, yet he’s satisfied with the fact that he found the whereabouts of True Luna.
The witch Anna, the Rogue King’s major help in identifying and finding the True Luna, is tired of being constantly threatened with death unless she obeys the man’s commands, so she decides to help Emma take him down.
With Anna’s help, Emma deceives the king, convinces him to kill Sienna and she tricks and murders him as well.
Just when everything seemed to be on the right path and Emma was going to become Alpha Logan’s Luna, her new fated mated shows up stopping the wedding ceremony.
Another twist and glimpse of a future plot is shown as Anna and the woman portraying a false Moon Goddess talk about the plan they harbored all along in which Emma and the Rogue King were just pawns. What is Morgana’s agenda?
Part 2: Who is Emma Parker?
True Luna Emma Parker, portrayed by Grace Swanson, is one badass she-wolf. Despite being labeled as weak, she is aware of her strength and abilities and is willing to prove herself.
Logan’s rejection breaks her heart, but she accepts his decision with pride and dignity, trying not to show just how hurt she is. The same pride prevents Emma from showing her pain when Logan and Andrew trust Sienna and give her credit for the lies she spills against her.
Emma Parker proves herself as a worthy Luna for her pack the moment she chooses to confront the Rogue King by herself, protecting everybody and keeping them at distance from this impending danger.
She takes one bold leap of faith and teams up with the witch Anna, risking her own life to take down Samuel, the Rogue King.
Emma resents being treated like a fragile flower, urging her brother and Alpha to take her into consideration when defending their pack. In the end, she’ll prove to be braver and stronger than Logan, the Alpha of the pack himself, gaining not only his admiration, but other Alpha’s respect as well.

Alpha Logan
The actor who plays the hot leader is Nicholas Rodriguez. His character is young, free and tormented by the burden of sacrificing his fated mate in favor of a chosen one. Alpha Logan seems to believe that the only way to keep his pack safe is by taking a strong she-wolf as his chosen mate, even though he doesn’t love her.
After rejecting his fated mate, he gets a scold from his best friend and Beta, Andrew, but he convinces him that he did what’s best for his werewolves.
Seeing Alpha Drake around Emma will stir his jealousy and even though he has no right to take action, he forbids his visitor from courting his former fated mate. He also impulsively kisses Emma, straining their relationship even more.
Alpha Logan changes his mind about Emma and decides to make her his Luna when she’s kidnapped and he faces the possibility of losing her forever.
Beta Andrew
Ben Alencar portrays Emma’s older brother who took care of her since their parents died has always been best friends with Alpha Logan. The fact that Logan is his Alpha doesn’t prevent him from speaking his mind and scold him for mistreating his sister.
Just like Logan, Andrew is also blinded by Sienna’s lies. He considers the woman a kind friend and future Luna and admonishes Emma for bullying her.
He loves his sister but he has a duty to his pack, thus he never questions Logan’s decisions, backing him up for everything.
Sienna
Christina is the gorgeous actress who portrays the villain of the story. Sienna manipulates Alpha Logan and Beta Andrew, making them believe that Emma is bullying her.
Her ambitions only grow larger and larger as she feels that Logan is slipping away and her Luna position is becoming uncertain. Sienna will make a pact with the devil himself, the Rogue King to become Alpha herself.
True Luna series still holds a great deal of secrets for you to unravel, so keep close as you never know when the next installment will premiere.
