Can't Say I Love You Episode 1 takes us to the one-sided marriage between Chelsea and Weldon. Despite loving Weldon from the very first sight, Chelsea can not make her marriage work. Weldon is in love with Celine, who's in a coma as he awaits for her to wake up. The story spins with a twist at the arrival of Chelsea's mother-in-law.

Can't Say I Love You episode 2 starts with Chelsea's belongings getting thrown out from the Dobson Family. Chelsea threatens to call the police, but she hears the truth from her mother-in-law. The truth is that Celine has finally woken up. Weldon accuses Chelsea that she was the one who hit Celine in a car accident, leading to her health decline.

Can't Say I Love You episode 3 reveals the truth that Weldon only married Chelsea because she agreed to donate her blood to Celine. Chelsea goes to the hospital to confront Celine for lying about her. But is stopped by Weldon, who points out that he cares for Celine more than the truth. But the couple is seen by Weldon's brother, who accuses Chelsea of cheating.

Can't Say I Love You episode 5 gets interesting as Chelsea is done being a doormat. She finally takes her stand and tells Weldon's brother to do as he wishes Weldon learns about Chelsea and accuses her of ruining Dobson's family reputation. But Chelsea makes it clear that she no longer his wife and drives away with Stephen.

Can't Say I Love You Episode 6 shows how Weldon has ordered an expensive gift for his girlfriend Celine who informs him that her father is throwing a huge party to celebrate her discharge and at the party she wants to announce their engagement. On the other end we see Chelsea sitting in the boardroom as she hopes to take over her parents business back. The board members mock Chelsea for being a recently divorced woman.
