CEO, Your Wife Is Gone episode 1 introduces us to Elise who is suffering from cancer and has not got a chance of survival. She still insists the doctor send her home as her husband is coming for dinner. Elise loves her husband and has made a will that all her property after her demise will be transferred to her husband George.

CEO, Your Wife Is Gone episode 2 introduces us to George who drags a very sick Elise to the hospital where her sister Trinity is admitted. Trinity lies to George about how Elise and their father schemed George's father's death. Elise calls out Trinity for her lies, whereas George supports her sister by pushing Elise away, blaming her.

CEO, Your Wife Is Gone episode 3 we see a furious George who is shocked to hear Elise asking for a divorce as he holds Trinity in his arms. George points out that Elise has no choice, and he will not be granting her divorce, as that will be easy on her. Elise is left alone with Trinity and George leaves.
