She prefers you beg her to keep your position. Camila brought some friends over to the Trenton Hotel. While they had a good time, Violet was left to clean up the floor.

In Do Not Disturb: Lady Boss in Disguise! episode 2, Camila threatened to get Violet fired. She would let Violet go if she begged on all four. During this altercation, Kasey Johnson walked in. He's the COO of the hotel. He inquired about what had transpired between Camila and Violet but Camila couldn't give a worthy explanation. Her bullshit acts were becoming unbearable.
