As Adeline posed for her photoshoot, she couldn't help but wander into thoughts of her engagement with Blake. He had loved her so dearly. Does he still love her like old times?

In Kiss Me One Last Time episode 2, Blake walks into Adeline’s photoshoot room. He didn't know about her health conditions yet. He was angry seeing her happily taking pictures. He pulled her out and shamed her. His reason was that Adeline's sister needed blood while she was busy having her moments.

Adeline didn't want to give her so-called sister her blood anymore. In Kiss Me One Last Time episode 3, she wanted to tell Blake about her health but she just couldn't.
