The Alpha Queen Returns trailer is a pure fantasy drama that talks about queen Jessica who has given up her throne and is living a simple life. Jessica has sent her daughter Caroline to the Russo family to live a normal life. But when she learns Caroline is getting abused and treated as a slave at the Russo family, she fights and returns back as the queen to help save her pack from the rogues.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 1 introduces us to Queen Jessica who has left the throne and has become a healer to lead a normal life without the chaos of war and battles. The council guard humiliates and tries to attack Jessica, leading to the arrival of General Sarabeth who apologizes for the council's behavior and requests the queen to return to the throne informing her about the rogue attacks.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 2 begins with Queen Jessica making it clear to General Sarabeth that she will not be returning to the pack as she has fought enough battles. Queen informs how she has sent her daughter Caroline to live with the Russo family so she can lead a happy and normal life. Sarabeth sends soldier Mina to check on Caroline to see how she's really doing at the Russo's home.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 3 introduces us to Caroline, queen Jessica's daughter who is treated as a slave at the Russo's family home where she's bullied by Reva Russo who thinks she's the peasant's daughter as Reva accuses Jessica for seducing Ambassador Ansel. As Reva tries to attack Caroline, she trips and falls but starts to accuse Caroline for attacking her. The video of Reva bullying Caroline is sent to Mina.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 4 shows queen Jessica rushing to the Russo family as she's called by Melissa Russo claiming Caroline has attacked her daughter Reva. Meanwhile, Sarabeth and Mina watch the bullying video and decide to teach the Russo family a lesson. At the Russo family, Rex Russo, Reva's brother, threatens Caroline as she struggles to share the truth with her mother.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 5 shows Caroline lying to her mother Jessica afraid of speaking the truth and getting Jessica killed as Rex and Melissa have threatened to do so. Melissa pretends to have forgiven Caroline and asks Jessica for financial support needed to raise Caroline. Jessica agrees to give the Russo family a billion dollars as she leaves, despite Caroline asking her to come live with her.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 6 shows the Russo family attacking Caroline and regrets not asking more money from Jessica. Rex degrades Jessica who they think to be an ordinary healer but having a lot of money as they suspect her to be sleeping with Ambassador Ansel. As Reva tries to attack Caroline, Rex asks her not to touch her face as he's going to give her to the alpha Hunter, who's second in line after Sarabeth.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 7 shows Jessica talking to Ambassador Ansel about transferring money from her account to Melissa as she states Caroline is happy living with the Russo family. Ansel invites Jessica to the welcome party for General Sarabeth which is attended by the powerful alphas, but she refuses claiming she wants to keep her identity a secret, especially from her daughter Caroline and asks Ansel to help Sarabeth with rogue issues.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 8 begins with Melissa Russo talking about the Killian Dark moon, the king of rogues and wonders why he will be interested in Caroline, a useless Omega. Rex informs Melissa that Dark moon is going to soon take over all the packs and if he sides with him now he will be his right hand when Dark moon takes over. Melissa worries about their family's reputation as Dark moon killed their alpha. Meanwhile, Rex drugs Caroline.

The Alpha Queen Returns Episode 9 shows Rex taking Caroline to Alpha Hunter to get his chance at the council board. Alpha Hunter sees Caroline, a young and pretty girl, as he starts to lust over her despite Caroline's plea to get home. Sarabeth and Mina learn about Jessica transferring money from her account to Melissa and realize that Jessica has no idea about how Caroline is truly living.
