Investiture of the Martial Gods

A century ago, the God-Sealing Order descended upon a monastery, giving rise to the God-Sealing List, where the top ten strongest individuals would appear. Since then, the monastery became a target for numerous factions. The most inept disciple of the monastery was betrothed to a saintess from a powerful faction. Under the pretense of canceling the engagement, she led troops to seize the God-Sealing Order. As the secrets of the Order were unveiled, the disciple, in order to protect the world, unlocked his own seal, causing the God-Sealing List to reappear across the land.
