At Victoria’s engagement party, she found out her fiance has been cheating on her with Beth. To prove her point, Beth jumped into the pool while dragging Victoria.

In Baby, Just Say Yes episode 2, Paul jumps into the pool to save Beth from drowning. He ignored his fiancee, Victoria. A strange man jumped in and saved Victoria. He took her to the hospital. As soon as Victoria opened her eyes, guess who she saw first! It was Beth, her stepsister, mocking her and reminding her of the incident.
